L'Étrange Festival closes in Salle 500 with Na Hong-jin

Twelve days of genre cinema under Les Halles, ending Saturday at 20:00 with the avant-première of Hope and the prize list read out in the same room.

The 32nd edition opened on 1 September with Yuen Woo-ping’s Le Sabre des gardiens in French premiere and the world premiere of Le Trésor by Vincent Patar and Stéphane Aubier. Guests announced this year include Ornella Muti, Anna Mouglalis, Bertrand Mandico and Rebeka Warrior.

No invitation required: ticketing is public and the festival asks you to buy online, sale having opened on 26 August. The box office runs daily from 13:30 until the last screening starts. The opening session was on 1 September at 18:45; the closing with the prize-giving, 12 September at 20:00, is in Salle 500, and the programme runs across Salle 500, Salle 300 and Salle 100. A five-film pass costs 35 €.
