Five suites, a garden billed as the largest of any Paris hotel, and Le Très Particulier, downstairs in the winter garden — still one of Time Out's hidden bars.
There is no frontage on the street. From avenue Junot you take a narrow alley to the house at the end of it, a former Guerrand-Hermès family house, converted into a hotel with five suites, each designed by an artist. The garden behind it is described as the largest of any hotel in Paris, and with five keys it is close to private.
Le Grand Salon serves every day, breakfast, lunch, tea-time and dinner; treat it as the anteroom. The bar, Le Très Particulier, is downstairs in the winter garden and remains on Time Out’s July 2025 list of the city’s hidden bars. The bar opens Tuesday to Saturday, 6pm to 2am. Gault&Millau puts a night without breakfast at €470.
