The club took over the building that housed the former space of the designer Elena Benarroch, and the bones of that address do more work than any signage. It opened on the evening of 6 March 2026, with Isabel Preysler and Tamara Falcó as madrinas de honor and a guest list that told you what kind of room this would be.

Admission is run privately: entry is by direct invitation from a founding member or by recommendation from current members, with an admissions committee reviewing each candidate. The figures circulating in the Spanish press — about €2,000 as a joining fee and €2,400 a year for standard membership, with around €15,000 one-off for the lifetime Founder tier — are reported as indicative rates. It also holds three dining concepts: Casa Vega, an informal bistro; Vega, fine dining; and Totó, Italian.
