Madrid · DiningSEXTO: twenty seats, one lunch, twelve courses
Juan Suárez de Lezo opened a seventh-floor room in the same building as quintoelemento, which shares its chef: one service a day and nothing else on offer.
SEXTO opened in September 2026 on the seventh floor of Atocha 125, a Grupo Kapital project with its own entrance, run as a completely independent concept from quintoelemento in the same building, under the same chef. Tuesday to Saturday, lunch only, one sitting, twenty covers. The filter is the seat count, not the door.
Twelve courses at €150, pairing at €90, and that is the whole offer. Sopas de Córdoba, the chef’s family plate, lands around the middle of the sequence; the corzo with potato croissant closes the savoury run. There is a private room for ten to twelve; otherwise the dining room, where the open kitchen is in view and the lighting is kept from competing with the views over Madrid. Parties over six and severe allergies should contact the restaurant first, by phone or email.
