Paris · DiningCaviar Kaspia
A first-floor dining room above the shop, where the baked potato with caviar has outlived every trend on the Madeleine.
Founded in 1927 by Arcady Fixon, Caviar Kaspia has kept the same corner of place de la Madeleine for nearly a century: the shop at street level, the dining room one floor up. The order has not changed either — the baked potato with caviar, blinis, vodka served very cold.
It is the late table of the Right Bank: fashion-week dinners, birthdays that run past midnight, a room that treats jeans and black tie with the same politeness. Jacket advised.
