Le Clarence occupies an 1884 hôtel particulier a few steps from the Champs-Élysées, restored by Prince Robert of Luxembourg’s Domaine Clarence Dillon — the family behind Château Haut-Brion. Chef Christophe Pelé holds two Michelin stars here, with a menu that changes by the day and a cellar built around the estate’s wines.

Tables are released weeks ahead and go quickly; lunch is the easier booking, and the salons upstairs are the ones to ask for.
