The Paraguas Group’s Ten con Ten has been the Salamanca canteen for more than a decade — a long room with a bar down one side, cocktails that start at lunch and carry on, and a clientele that treats 3pm as a working hour.
The kitchen is Spanish and generous: rice, steak, tortilla done properly. Book a late lunch, ask for the room rather than the bar, and do not plan anything for the afternoon.
